Shipping Methods

DoubleBackProductions.com offers USPS, FedEx or other shipping method at its discretion and does not ship to APO, FPO or USS Ship. Please contact DoubleBack Productions directly for international shipping rates.

USPS DOES NOT SHIP HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
In cases when you have ordered a backordered item (an item not currently available), we will contact you for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we do not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

All orders less than one pound and with total value under $100.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class: packages are usually delivered within 6-9 business days to any destination. Priority Mail: packages are usually delivered within 3-5 business days to any destination).

* A cleared order is defined as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. It includes, but is not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).

Return Policy

Please call DoubleBack Productions LLC immediately to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

All products sold by DoubleBack Productions LLC come with a 15 day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.

Unopened, unused, new items returned within 15 days of original shipping postmark - full refund (minus shipping fees)
Opened and/or used items returned within 15 days of original shipping postmark - 15% restocking fee
Defective, doa (dead on arrival) returned within 15 days of original shipping postmark – replacement for the exact same product.
No refunds and/or exchanges after 15 days.

All returns are subject to the following:

A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is REQUIRED for all returns.
All product returns must include the original packaging/invoice and any related promotional free items.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products
Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and even if timely returned
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. DoubleBack Productions LLC will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by DoubleBack Productions LLC

Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition minus any reported defects. If a promotional free item or printed insert came with the product, that must be returned as well or the customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee. DoubleBack Productions may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete package.
